Team

Born in Mexico City in 1973, chef Paco Gómez has had a passion for cooking since he was a young boy, when he spent hours at home helping his mother in the kitchen. After launching his career in his home country, he moved to Barcelona 18 years ago to train at the renowned Bellart and Hofmann schools.

He now works at the head of ODA Restaurant & Cocktails, serving up a menu based on an updated Ibero-American cuisine rooted in a traditional essence. And this is all made possible by his team of professionals from different nationalities who bring the flavours of their countries to the table.
